 We recommend that you have an annual inspection and preventative maintenance service to extend the life of your water heater.  This service includes:

  • Drain & Flush Water Heater

  • Inspect Insulation

  • Inspect Connections and Exterior of Tank

  • Check Temperature & Pressure Relief Valve

  • Check Thermostats & Elements (Electric WH)

Wall Water Heater

pREVENTATIVE mAINTENANCE FOR TANKLESS HEATERS

 To properly maintain your tankless water heater, it must be descaled at least once per year to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.   This service includes:

  • Descaling the unit from mineral build up

  • Clean out combustion chamber

  • Clean flame rods

  • Check vent and fan for debris

  • Clean inlet sediment filter

  • Inspect insulation
